Pray for the healing of the Baker family. If you would like more information as to how to pray for the situation, with our family, please contact us. Wesley and Ashley have both been working full time and taking college classes in Phoenix since they have left PNG. Wesley is presently attending a community college part time and Ashley is working as a manager of a store at present. |
Continue to pray for the five Loko churches and their leaders. Pray that they would stay true to the Word and be a light to their own people and others. Pray that we will have a profitable visit with them over Christmas. |
Thank you for your prayers regarding our culture and language study in preparation for ministry in the Kaul Tribe. We praise the Lord for his provision which has enabled us to be able to fly back and forth to PNG to continue on our ministry there over the past three years while living in the States. Thank you to all of you that have contributed. The laborers continue to be far too few on the field of PNG. We spent our first month back traveling to do translation checking. We are now working in the Kaul Tribe presently in the stage of CLA (Culture and Language Aquisition). We travel as needed to keep up with the translation checking needs on the field. |
Praise the Lord with us that were we able to begin our ministry in the Kaul Tribe. |

Then He said to them, "The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Luke 10:2-3 Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your possession. Psalm 2:8 |

"In no other way can the believer become as fully involved with God's work, especially the work of world evangelism, as in intercessory prayer." |

Our Canadian partners, Bob and Karen Rempel have decided to change ministries as they are very much needed in Islands Regional Leadership. Our Australian partners, Bruce and Marilyn Rivett are back in the tribe with us after helping to fill in some of the gaps out at our mission center at Hoskins. Pray for the handful of believers here in Kaul as they seek to be a light in the darkness. Pray for us as we will be out at Hoskins for the month of March. Wayne will be doing some translation checking while Diane is involved in helping some newer teams set up their literacy primers. We will them be leading a 2 week translation workshop with the Islands Regional Conference after that. |
